Find Your Way Around

So, you've freed up some time for worship, braved the DFW and Mid-Cities traffic, and found yourself at the corner of Precinct Line and Pipeline. Now what?

St. Philip occupies the southeast corner of Pipeline Road and Precinct Line Road. General parking is available in the north and east parking lots. Handicapped parking is situated in the north parking lot across from the Main Entrance, and in the east parking lot in front of the Bell Tower Entrance. Visitor parking is available in the east parking lot, adjacent to the building.

The Main Entrance is in the middle of the north side of the building facing Pipeline, and is the closest entrance to the Sanctuary for worship. The Bell Tower Entrance is the most direct entrance to the Fellowship Hall and Music Room. The Christian Education Entrance is the closest entrance to most of the Sunday School classes and to Preschool.

There is a special location in the church, designed to be a point of orientation and information for new visitors. You will find the Connection Point Table immediately on your left as you come in the Main Entrance. A member of the church is there on Sunday mornings to answer any questions you may have. We invite you to take one of the new visitor gifts and information packages.

The Sanctuary is where most worship services at St. Philip are held. It is immediately to the right as you enter the Main Entrance. Across from the Sanctuary is the hallway leading to the Church Office, staff offices, and the Church Workroom.

Joining the Main Entrance and Sanctuary areas with the Fellowship Hall is the Oak Terrace. This area is where people gather before worship, relax in comfy couches and armchairs, pick up nametags, and sign up for church events. The west end of the Oak Terrace is where the nursery is located, and the east end contains a Mission Outreach area where collections for various charity organizations are received.

The Fellowship Hall is a large multi-use space where we hold all-church gatherings and events for many other groups. You can access the Fellowship Hall directly from the Main Entrance and Bell Tower Entrance.

The Christian Education wing is south of the Fellowship Hall, and houses most of the Sunday School classes, the Youth Hall, Library, Kitchen, and Preschool classrooms. Access to this area is easiest through the Christian Education Entrance.

Restrooms are located outside the church office and on the east end of the Christian Education wing, with an additional women's restroom across from the Library.
