Part - Time Music Director

Reports to the Pastor/Head of Staff

St. Philip Presbyterian Church in Hurst, is seeking a Music Director to lead and oversee its vibrant music ministry. Programs include the Chancel Choir, Handbell Choir, and Youth Chimes. Styles of music for worship include traditional and blended. The candidate must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster interest and growth with musicians of varying levels of ability and experience. A Bachelor of Music degree and 5 years Choral Directing are required, and experience in Church Music is preferred.

Administrative Assistant

Reports to the Director of Administration

St. Philip Presbyterian Church in Hurst is seeking an Administrative Assistant. Their role will be to assist the Director of Administration in every way possible, and serve as substitute Director of Administration when the Director of Administration is unavailable. The role will include creating and executing social media campaigns used by St. Philip Presbyterian Church, and updating information on the website.
